One-on-One and Group Training Sessions

Zoom Movement®  is an easy to learn non-impact mind and body movement program that was created and designed to accommodate the needs and developmental levels of a wide range of individuals from children to adults as well as those with limited mobility. Train with one of our certified staff and learn Zoom Method Thought Pattern®  and the Zoom Movement®  program. Live sessions can be scheduled in person at your location or via the internet where they can be recorded for future reference. Whether you have never worked out before or are an experienced exercise enthusiast we can help you.
