Zoom Movement®    empowers participants with the knowledge and skills for mind and body self-improvement. This easy to learn, non-impact program combines the disciplines and principles of breathing, posture, weight training, tai chi, karate, life enhancement affirmations and visualization. It was created and designed to accommodate the needs and developmental levels of a wide range of individuals from children to adults as well as those with limited mobility. It is beneficial for those who have never exercised before as well as for those who are experienced and want to bring their performance to the next level.

*This program consists of movements that are performed in a continuous flowing motion while the participant is in a standing, seated, wheel chair or lying position. The use of music and equipment is not necessary but can be included. Nutritional guidance as well as individual and group coaching are available to help insure individuals accomplish their goals for wellness and life enhancement.​

Zoom Method Thought Pattern®   unifies the mind and body as one, also known as the mind-body connection - it is comprised of awareness, posture, breathing, and mindset.

Awareness allows for the mind-body connection. The participant establishes a reference point to maintain proper posture and technique in any exercise or movement pattern. (This allows the participant to adjust improper movements to help protect the muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons from injury). This also provides awareness of proper breathing patterns while incorporating visualization and life enhancement affirmations.
