James Stevenson
Co-Creator
At an early age, James realized staying fit had to be a lifestyle instead of a hobby. He was born with scoliosis and also suffered a back injury while weight lifting which left him with limited mobility. As a result, he has dedicated his life to helping others improve their quality of life by sharing over 40 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry as a former gym owner, motivational speaker, fitness director and coach. James also has many years of experience participating in karate, competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting.

James has successfully developed and implemented medically based exercise education and training programs for the Henry Ford Health System for patients with Type II Diabetes and for cancer patients/survivors. He has implemented an exercise education course for students of Wayne State University, College of Nursing. James has also delivered strength and conditioning programs and advanced training techniques to various athletes, sports teams, seniors and people with limited mobility.

James has developed and teaches Zoom Movement® and Zoom Method Thought Pattern®. He presently teaches both and is excited to bring these programs worldwide. He presently teaches both one-on-one sessions, group Zoom classes. He also works for those with limited mobility is excited to bring these programs worldwide.
Todd Morena
Co-Creator
As a motivational fitness expert, wellness coach and speaker, Todd is well versed in the personal and professional benefits of being and thinking healthy. He supports individuals, families, and groups experiencing personal and professional transformations. His philosophy is that in order to be healthy one must have the proper balance of mind and body. Todd believes strongly in bringing his clients through mind and body workouts.

As the former owner of Ultimate Fitness and Sports Performance, he has successfully developed and implemented a variety of mind and body wellness programs. Todd is also co-creator of Zoom Movement® and Zoom Method Thought Pattern® with his close friend James Stevenson. Zoom Movement® empowers children, adults and those with limited mobility with the knowledge and skills for mind and body self-improvement. Zoom Movement® has been effectively implemented in a variety of settings to include businesses, schools, community centers, homes, fitness centers, addiction centers, hospitals, cancer programs, diabetes programs, and amputee rehabilitation. Todd’s gift is to provoke and inspire change in others moving them to be their best physically, emotionally and spiritually. He has a passion to bring this program worldwide.

Todd has held a variety of corporate positions for Fortune 100 companies in Sales, Marketing, Training/Coaching, and Operations. He has successfully launched several businesses in the wellness industry and has also worked with a variety of emerging product, service and technology companies assisting others in the development and implementation of their business.

Todd has a passion to teach others how movement and exercise can positively impact one's mood, stress and depression levels as well as their ability to learn and change behaviors. Utilizing information from today’s leading researchers, Todd holds seminars and webinars sharing how exercise is no longer just about building muscle and weight loss. Research is showing how it can help enhance the brain by building new neural pathways leading to improved focus, behavior, mood, concentration and self-confidence.

Todd holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Long Island University – C.W. Post. He is a member of various professional associations and has regularly presented to these groups to share his experience and expertise. Todd holds certifications in fitness, wellness, coaching, and business and has been involved in fitness and wellness for over thirty years. He is a proud father of four wonderful children.
